			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Many organisations use psychometric testing as one of the methods of assessing candidates and employees. The history of psychometrics dates back over a hundred years. Much of the early work, such as that done by Francis Galton and Alfred Binet was focussed on measuring intelligence. Later, the book Test Your IQ by Eysenck became a world wide best seller in the 50’s and 60’s and everybody bought it to see if they could achieve the magic score of 148 to qualify for Mensa!</p>
