In the most recent times, we have been coming across many consultants, who are interested in developing content, the one who denied to do when times were good. Its the Question we are trying to answer, is having only good writing skills is required capability to do ‘Instructional Designing’. Can we consulting firms take the responsibility of training content we are churning out. I’m sure ‘WE MAY HAVE SERIOUS REPERCUSSIONS’ in delivery / executions.

I feel we should make sure the content is delivered of highest quality and developed with scientific and engineering approach. Least we can do is train our content developer to follow process and develop designing techniques.
